I set out to make Lasagna back in 2012 as I had never made it before and so I put it on my bucket list to try!

Let’s just say.. it was an absolute disaster.

First mistake, a round baking tin..

Second mistake.. breaking up the lasagna sheets to fit into the round baking tray..

Although it did taste good, it came out like slop.

I can laugh about it now, but I have never tried making it since because texturally it was awful.
