What’s the story behind your nickname?

I have had a few Nicknames throughout my life.

But here are the main ones..

Miss – Given to me by my Nana (Mum’s Mum) which was short for Mischievous. I was called this by my Nana, siblings, Aunt and Dad.

Missy Mouse/ Mousey/Mouse – Given to me by my Dad as I was a very picky eater as a child. These names were mostly used by him and my sister.

Liss – My favorite nickname was given to me by my Dad’s best friend Michelle whom I still talk to today. I love when she she says “Listen Liss” and then proceeds with giving me wisdom and/or life advice. She sure does fill my cup each and every time we talk.

Mel – Given to me by friends and community. I introduce myself as Mel and am known in my community as Mel B or Mel of Bacchus.
